I’ve been working in the ServiceNow ecosystem for the past 14 years as a customer, practitioner and platform implementer. My career is rooted in Service Management and strongly believe that spending time on establishing good process is critical to any tool implementation. I always say the tool is the easiest part of any implementation it’s the impact to people and establishing a good process fit (easy and effective) is always the greater challenge and is often rushed and or overlooked.
That said, I’m passionate about the ServiceNow platform and leveraging out of box solutions to help accelerate/drive process decisions. This approach allows teams to focus on the areas where they made need some configuration or customization to meet unique needs of the business.
I thrive on change and love challenging the status quo to uncover opportunities for growth and also spark new ways of thinking about common problems and often use the interactions we experience in ‘real-life’ as inspiration for making ‘work-life’ better.
